  • Raňajky boli fajn.

  • Ponuka ubytovania sa nezhodovala so zaplatením pri ubytovaní. Podala som reklamáciu a bola nám uznaná a rozdiel vrátený. Mali sme dve izby zarezervovaná a jedna bola v slabej vybavenosti. Starý nábytok. Druha bola prerobená. Takze nerozumiem. Hlučný personál ktorý ráno pripravoval raňajky. Nakoľko všetko bolo počuť a teda po tichu nerozprávali, absolútne netoleranti voči hosťom. Toto by si mal hotel s personálom vybaviť. Berie im to na hodnotení.

Hotel disponuje pokoji standartními a pokoji komfort
(zrenovované pokoje), Vaše rezervace byla vytvořena na pokoje standartní, z důvodu technické poruchy, jak jsem Vám již vysvětlovala, jsme 1 z Vašich pokojů přemístili do pokoje komfort.
